Noticeboard

 

We are only dealing with queries via the telephone. We ask all patients to phone the practice before coming down to surgery.

Face to Face appointments

  • Appointments are all triaged by phone/video with the clinician prior to coming down to practice.
  • Please wear a face mask.
  • Come to surgery at your allocated time (please do not come early.)
  • Press the intercom bell in entrance lobby to check in with reception.
  • You will be asked to go outside and queue 2 meters apart from other patients in the marked out area.
  • The clinician will come to the door and call you in once they have put on their fresh full PPE.

Blood pressure

New online access system

We have moved to a new software system and if you currently use our repeat prescription ordering or appointments bookings on-line service you will need to contact the Practice to complete the registration form so we can issue you with a new password and instructions on how to access the different system.

This service is open to all patients registered with our practice so if you don’t currently use this system you may wish to request access.

Extended hours

If you work and cannot attend surgery during normal working hours you can book a pre-bookable appointment with either a GP or Nurse at Ellesmere Port Hospital from 6.30pm – 9.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm & on Bank Holidays between 9am-2pm. (This is not for emergency, on the day, appointments & please remember to cancel any appointment you cannot attend.)
