We offer a range of other services from the Practice:

• Suzanna Heppenstall – Occupational Therapist
• Angela Smith  – Wellbeing Co-ordinator

We also have Social Prescribing Link workers who are based in other places in Ellesmere Port and their services can be accessed by a referral to our Practice.
