Open access and travel to the surgery
There is disabled access into the surgery at the front of the building and easy access to all consulting rooms. We have disabled toilet facilities and all our facilities are on the ground floor. You can be dropped off outside the surgery – access via Marina Drive.
Our staff will always be pleased to help with any problems you may have, please ask at reception.
Travelling by car
The car park immediately behind the surgery is permit only. It is not controlled by us and you may be fined or clamped if you park here!
The car park beyond the Permit Only car park is run by the council and charges are payable – please read the signs.
Alternatively you can park on Marina Drive, at Asda or one of the other town centre car parks but all of these are subject to parking charges.
Travelling by public transport
The bus station and train station are only 5-10 minutes walk from the practice.
Induction loop
An induction loop is available to support those with hearing difficulties.
Language line
Language Line is used to interpret for non English speaking patients and we allocate a longer appointment to allow for this. The reception staff have a printed form translated in several languages to assist them in identifying the language spoken.
